In his meeting with the press in Dar es Salaam yesterday, the Minister of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, William Lukuvi, said Kigamboni area in an existing district, is the government.

"Therefore, defrauding the government is equivalent to deceive yourself. The area is a government, we will continue with our program to build small-scale industries in the area."
In his meeting with the press, Lukuvi said there are already some people were living in the area and their number has to be sure they get them right in the area.
He said the area will be left will be used to build factories as it was aimed at the government earlier, before entering the area in dispute.
"It Mohamed Iqbal, the area not his, it's citizens," Lukuvi said. "And the ministry had begun to address concerns that he himself who accuse citizens in court, but he failed case.
"To make matters worse with its location is not aware that he continued to deceive the Regional Commissioner.
"So I want to tell them that the area is a government, we ministries and government are we managing and ridge-'take interest '(manage interest) of people who are there, they are living there.
"The government will oversee their interests because we have their names, but the area which remained litapangwa and tested and then we made the industrial area as they wanted to make Makonda and it is the dream of President (John Magufuli) and it was our dream for a long time, but we were unable to implement because it was a court case.
